Report a bug or a data error

Use the feedback button on any Roadbook page. Pick a category (bug, idea, or confusion) and write your message, up to 2,000 characters. You do not need to be signed in.

We store your message, the category, the page you were on, and your account ID if you are signed in. The feedback button does not send a reply. If you want an answer, email hello@roadbook.us and name the page or place.

Billing and refunds

Open the billing page and choose Manage subscription to update your card or cancel.

You can request a refund within 14 days after any charge. Email hello@roadbook.us.

Delete your account

There is no delete-account button. Email privacy@roadbook.us or message us on Bluesky. The Privacy Policy lists what deletion removes and what it does not.
